V VENTURA

A family in Ventura.
Cleaning services, and everything that comes with them.

We started as four people who wanted scenes that went somewhere — where what happened last week still mattered this week, and where turning up counted for something.

Everything below is counted by our own duty log. Nobody types these numbers in.

HOW IT STARTED

Nobody remembered anything.

Ventura was full of outfits that ran a scene, shot at each other, and logged off. Nothing carried. You could sit down with a crew on Tuesday, agree something, and by Friday nobody remembered agreeing it — often not even the people who had.

So we built the opposite. Every job that runs gets written down: who led it, who was there, what happened, what came of it. A Capo confirms it. The Table passes it. Only then does it count for anything.

It takes about thirty seconds to file a sheet, and it is the entire difference between a group of people playing and a family with a history.

The tracking runs itself. Join the voice channel and you're on the clock — the bot checks you're actually in a game before the time counts, so nobody can idle their way to a promotion.

What came out of that is on this page. It's a live read of our own records, not a pitch.

WHAT WE DO

Five branches. Everyone belongs to one.

You aren't a generalist here. You pick something and get good at it, and promotion needs a minimum from your own branch — so somebody who only ever turns up to convoys will stall on purpose.

Field Command

ROUNDS · SITS · CONTRACTS

Territory, negotiation, and the work that needs people who can hold a scene without it turning into a shooting.

Recruitment

INTAKE · TRAINING

Finding people worth having and teaching them the codes before they get themselves killed with them.

Enterprise

SHOPS · COLLECTIONS · JOBS

What the family actually runs on. Making, moving, selling, and the businesses that pay us to be left alone.

Legal

BAIL · COURT

Our attorneys sit a bar exam before they take a case. Real procedure, argued in character, paid by the man's Caporegime.

Internal

THE TABLE

Makings, promotions, disputes between branches. Family only, in character throughout.

WHO DECIDES

The Table.

Four people, and none of them can do it alone. Promotions are decided together, and a man with the points can still be told to wait.

Capofamiglia Final say. Makes members.
Sottocapo Runs the branches day to day.
Consigliere Advises, and settles disputes between branches.
Reggente Acts as the Boss when he isn't around.
Caporegime Commands a crew. Confirms their job sheets.
Uomo d'Onore Made. Can lead the heavier work.
Sgarrista Working membership. Most of the family.
Prospect Registered, learning, being watched.

THE CODE

Four rules that aren't negotiable.

Everything else we'll teach you. These four are the reason other outfits still take our meetings.

A name is not a reason.

A contract gives you a target. It doesn't give your character a motive. Every approach gets words first, and a chance to answer. Shooting someone because a stranger paid is RDM, and we'll treat it that way before staff have to.

Out of character stops everything.

If anyone says they need to leave — connection, time, anything — the scene ends there. No finishing the moment. No exceptions, and nobody has ever been in trouble for calling it.

Words before anything else.

A sit-down that ends in shooting is a failed sit-down. The next outfit hears about it and stops meeting us. Walking away costs one night; the reputation costs every night after.

What's agreed binds us.

If we shook on it, we hold it — including when it's inconvenient and including when the person who agreed it isn't online.

JOINING

We take people who turn up.

Not people who are good at the game. Someone who's around twice a week and files their sheets is worth more than someone brilliant who vanishes for a month.

1
Come in and say hello

Nobody is interviewed. Talk to whoever's around and see if you like the room.

2
Register

One form. It links your Roblox account so your hours count from the first night, and you get Prospect.

3
Pick a branch

Come to a few things and find out which side of the work suits you. Nobody is stuck with a first choice.

4
Turn up

That's the whole test. The points look after themselves; the Table watches the rest.
